Oh I adore stationery too. When I visit my brother in Los Angeles it's not Disneyland or Hollywood I head for - it's the giant, 4 floor stationery and art supplies store near his house - heaven :)
When I'm not writing Crime novels I'm busy working as a research fellow at the Va'a o Tautai - Center for Pacific Health in Dunedin, New Zealand. I am the author of the Sam Shephard detective series, published by Orenda Books - Overkill, The Ringmaster, Containment and Bound. I have also written the stand alone thriller Faceless. If I'm not writing or working, I can be found on the business end of a fencing foil.

That's my excuse too - and I'm sticking to it.
Really enjoyed your last novel, by the way.
Now, that's what I call just what the doctor ordered, Vanda :-)
My wife and I are in Minneapolis and she is in Macy's hunting bargains as I write this comment.
Be afraid, Bill, be afraid.
Thanks, Wendy (-:
Margot, it's back to school stationery time and I couldn't resist. And you can never own too many books.
